Important Notes:

• Detailed insurance receipts to will be provided to each person via email once payment is processed

• We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Debit, E-Transfer, Visa, MasterCard and American Express

• Upon your arrival, please park in the free parking lot and enter the building using the door to the right of Dollarama

• We regret this clinic is not currently wheelchair accessible, and requires patients to walk up one floor

• Once you arrive at the 2nd floor, please take a seat in the waiting room or on one of the hallway benches and your therapist will come find you

• Restrooms are located in the 2nd floor hallway, near the fire extinguisher, outside of The Suite House door
