• If you are a FIRST-TIME PATIENT, completion of Health History Forms are required PRIOR to the initial appointment. Your appointment length includes time for health history review, assessment, changing and payment processing

• All treatments are provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Detailed insurance receipts will be provided to each person via email once payment is processed. We accept Cash, Debit and Credit Card. Direct billing is not currently available.

• Free parking is available in the lots surrounding the building. For most direct access to The Suite House, please enter via the door to the right of Dollarama and continue to the second floor.

• We regret this clinic is not currently wheelchair accessible, and requires patients to walk up one floor
